Florida Friday: Man arrested for smashing cars with golf club in jail parking lot (Mugshot)

A Tennessee father angered by the how long it was taking the Walton County Sheriff’s Office to release his daughter, was arrested for criminal damage to property. The man was captured by CCTV hitting parked cars, including a marked patrol car - with a golf club.
Phillip D. Tidwell, 47, was at the jail to retrieve his daughter, the 20 year old woman had been booked for possessing an alcoholic beverage. Tidwell became upset that the process was taking too long and decided to let off some steam.
According to the NWF Daily News, he was seen in the video getting a golf club out of the trunk of his vehicle, which was parked next to a marked patrol car. He then swung the golf club around the patrol car and other cars in the parking lot.
He also was seen squatting near the rear passenger tire of the patrol car.
The six cars sustained more than $1,600 in damage, ranging from slashed tires to broken windshields and mirrors.
