Florida Friday: Man Attempted to Cash $368 Billion Check

This particular incident happened a little ways back but the mugshot was too good to pass up!

Jeff Waters attempted to cash a check for $368,000,000,000 at Bank of America in Jacksonville - the tellers suspected something was wrong and notified authorities. Waters claims that a homeless man named Tito sold him the check for $100.00 and he was going to use the Billions to start an Italian restaurant - underwater.

According to IJReview, He also claimed he wanted his watery paradise to seat 30 million people at once. Just imagine the waitstaff.

Waters was found to be high on bath salts after being arrested for forgery, he was also charged with unlawfully carrying Chinese throwing stars and possession of bath salts. He was released after posting $23,000 bail.

Not totally convinced that this is true - but it's Florida so maybe.... ;)
