That is a sensational name for the charge leveled against one Florida man - the actual act consisted of a very small missile which in other northern parts of the country is actually known as a bullet or at minimum a projectile.
Charles Richardson, 35, locked himself out of his hotel room in St Pete Beach, and the only logical thing to do is shoot the lock off the door - getting a key from the front desk would have been outrageous and insane!
According to Bay News 9, deputies determined that Richardson, who was a guest at the hotel, used a handgun to shoot the lock on his hotel room door because he had locked himself out of his room.
Apparently Richardson also decided to shoot a glass window at the hotel for no apparent reason.
Richardson was arrested and charged with shooting a deadly missile into/at/within an occupied building.
