Police arrested Rodney Plylar, 40, of Alachua, FL., after he crashed his vehicle into a ditch, urinated on himself and then passed out with a can of the aerosol in his hand.


After police found Plylar passed out behind the wheel they searched the car; they discovered another 45 cans of the cleaner along with 20 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

According to the Gainesville Sun, Plylar told police he works in construction and uses the dust cleaner for cleaning cement off foundations. The arresting officer, who previously worked in construction, said that, to his knowledge, canned dust cleaner is not generally used to clean cement and that it would not be cost-effective, the report said.

Plylar was arrested on charges of inhaling harmful chemicals, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.
