Florida Friday: Man Tried Hard to Disguise Amphetamine, Xanax as Cialis, He Failed (Mugshot)

David William Thomas of Valrico was arrested by Lee County sheriff's deputies after being pulled over for a traffic violation which lead to deputies racking up a major drug bust.
After Thomas consented to search of his vehicle, deputies discovered 700 Xanax pills along with 1,258 amphetamine-based pills. The pills were packaged in the soft tinfoil Cialis bags, but deputies found it very hard to believe. They estimated street value of the drugs is close to $27,000.
The News-Press reports that Thomas was charged with trafficking a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
He was arrested and is now looking at hard time. Thomas is currently being held at the Lee County Jail on a $65,000 bond.
