Meet 58-year old Kenneth La Rue Smith who was busted for a DWI – on his lawn mower.



He was spotted travelling into oncoming traffic and swerving all the while drinking.

Once pulled over officers found a package of beers between his legs and 2 knives, a .22 revolver cylinder and ammunition in his pockets. The rest of the gun was under the seat.

No surprise here; Officers report that he has been convicted of multiple DUI’s and now faces firearm possession charges.
