An Ocala, FL., man was arrested after a woman called police to report a disturbance in her backyard; the disturbance turned out to be a naked man breaking boards off her fence.
The woman said she freed herself and went back inside. She said Schwebel grabbed a sledgehammer from his truck and used it to break a side window on her car. He then came inside the home and hit the kitchen floor with the sledgehammer. The woman called 911, reports state.
Schwebel ran out of the home and into a nearby wooded area. A short time later, he returned to the home, where he was met by a deputy and a K-9 officer. Schwebel ran, but was quickly apprehended by the dog.
Officials did not reveal the relationship between Schwebel and the woman.
He was then taken to the Marion County Jail, where he was charged with simple domestic battery, criminal mischief and resisting without violence.
