This Florida man is not only the master thief but he is also an (unsuccessful) client!
Andres Arias, 36, dubbed the 'Balding Bandit' was sentenced for his part in a Rogaine theft ring.
In October, according to WHIO, Andres Arias, 36, was arrested in Ohio on a charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. He pleaded guilty to the charge Tuesday, the attorney general's office said.
He was arrested in August in Palm Beach County, Florida, on an out-of-state fugitive charge, jail records show. He was extradited to Alabama, where he was also wanted on theft charges, according to court records.
This male pattern of criminal activity must recede, and Arias is proof of a full headed attempt at thinning out this criminal element.
