An eviction notice caused a man to lose his.... mind.
Thomas Lee Mason, 54, had recently been evicted from the Embassy Mobile Home Park in Clearwater and was not very happy to be kicked to the curb. So the (judging by his actions in this case) obviously stellar tenant gathered up 5 gallons of human waste.
Witnesses told cops that they saw Mason, bucket in hand, entering the Clearwater park, though he had “no legitimate business” there. He was then seen pouring an unknown dark-colored substance that had the appearance of liquid feces/diarrhea” into the pool. He did manage to leave with his bucket, though. So at least he didn't litter.
Mason was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and is currently in the county jail in lieu of $150 bond. I am guessing that the guards there will be taking extra precautions due to his propensity for poo buckets. Yuck.
