I am sure that police hear it all the time, "I was only speeding because I need to...." But normally that doesn't end in a chase and tasering, right? Again F-L-O-RIDA!
Carlos Adonis Ramos-Erazo, 24, was pulled over for doing 75 mph in a 55 - he told police that he was rushing to get home because he needed to use the bathroom...bad. Police asked Ramos-Erazo to exit the vehicle to which he refused and the officer's hand was subsequently hit as he sped off towards his home.
According to Daily Commercial, he made it to his home, got out the vehicle and ran, causing the pursuing deputy to shoot him with a Taser.
He was arrested and placed into theportapotty patrol car and en route to the Lake County Jail, the suspect urinated and defecated in the back of the patrol car, according to the affidavit.
Ramos-Erazo was charged with fleeing, battery on an officer, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle on an officer and resisting arrest.
Crappy charges!
