A Subway worker in Holly Hill, FL., was attacked by a man wearing a spandex body suit with pants over it; the attack was captured on CCTV.

According to WFTV, a witness told authorities he saw the robber put it on by a dumpster, and then run into the Subway.

Brittany Ballinger called 911 just after the man charged into the Subway where she works. Police said even though she complied with the man's demands, he jerked her around and jabbed her in the head with a gun.



"We believe that he targeted the Subway specifically. It was a lone female clerk. He was easily able to overpower her," said Chief Mark Barker of the Holly Hill Police Department.

"He told me to open the cash register and I opened the cash register, and he still threw me," said Ballinger.

Police said the robbery was unique, not just for how violent it was, but because the suspect was covered in spandex.

The Subway clerk had also been in a car crash that day, and then was robbed the same day. She is recovering in the hospital.
