Once again we head just up the road from me to Melbourne, Florida at the Goodwill store on Malabar Drive.
Say hello to David Scott Casciola, 40 and believed to be homeless.

As always, the details are a bit vague, but we do know that Casciola was at the Goodwill store and struck up a conversation with the female store clerk. It is believed he was putting the moves on her and she was rejecting his advances.
When all else failed, Casciola did what any of us would have done; he dropped his pants and flashed her. Yeah, it's never worked for me either.
Casciola then fled the store. It was not immediately known if the man had previously known the store clerk before. Police have identified the man as Casciola and have the incident on video.
