A man in Punta Gorda, FL., attempted to return a printer to a Charlotte County Walmart; he did not have a receipt for the printer that was allegedly bought at the store 3 months earlier.
The refusal set Jose Morales, 24, into a chest bumping, karate chopping tizzy that resulted in his arrest for assault, battery, criminal mischief and resisting an officer.
According to NBC-2, after being told that the store could not offer a refund due to the length of time and lack of reciept. Morales then became irate and started cursing and smashing the printer on the floor before throwing it at the two clerks who ducked behind the counter.
Morales stormed away and chest-bumped an assistant manager and karate-kicked an anti-theft security device causing $500 in damage, according to reports.
Morales is currently being held at the Charlotte County Jail on $3,000 bond.
