A woman walking along a highway in Florida was approached by a deputy who requested a conversation - the woman refused and it doesn't appear that the deputy was detaining her - he just wanted to talk - she did not.
Anna Marie Nowlin, 23, refused to speak to the officer and continued on her way. Then, according to the nwfDailyNews the deputy pulled off ahead of her and attempted again to have a conversation - she still refused and kept walking. A truck driver attempted to block Nowlin with his rig but she slid underneath the trailer at which point the deputy tased her - she had not been detained - the jolt didn't work.
So when at first you don't succeed you call in more deputies who also begin to zap the 23-year-old - she was finally taken into custody at that point. And still she refused to talk with them....tough lady!
Upon searching Nowlin they did find a flashlight and hammer-like tool - she was subsequently charged with possession of burglary tools, resisting an officer with violence and obstruction without violence.
