There are many things that you can do to spring a friend out of work that will not land you in jail for instance; a sick relative, animal or child come to mind - a bomb threat is never a good idea.....

MyNews13 reports that Anthony Borrell, 28, from Ocoee, called the Gators Dockside Restaurant in Spanish Springs and told the manger he had placed a bomb in the restaurant.

Police evacuated the building and a bomb detection dog was called in to search the building but no bomb was found and the restaurant reopened for business.

During the very quick investigation, police learned that Borrell had placed the call from a nearby pay phone in order to get a waitress out of work.

The plan bombed and Borrell was arrested and charged with with filing a false report of planting a bomb.
