Microsft has released this year's version of their Windows Ugly Sweater, and it features the both maligned and loved Clippy.
For those of you, not GenX - Clippy was a Microsoft Office Assistant introduced in Office 97 and retired in Office 2003. the character was supposed to be a fun, intuitive office helper -- It wasn't. But hate and annoyance sometimes turn into nostalgia. Sort of like that crappy song you hated in high school but find yourself humming in your head today. That's Clippy.
The proceeds of this year's version will go to support College Success Foundation. A foundation that helps underserved students finish high school and go to college.
Some past designs included Windows XP, Windows 95, and MS Paint. The XP design is definitely the ugliest, but Clippy makes a strong showing and just based on nostalgia a must-have. t will set you back $74.99, though.

Clippys website will not only offer you the ability to buy the sweater but also holiday tips that are very "clippy-like".
