Google removed asteroid doodle (Video)

Out of respect for those injured in Russia, Google decided to remove their cute search doodle which depicts the lower case 'g' ducking out of the way of a speeding asteroid.

Google uses these doodles to mark events, and make the search a little more fun, but in this case I think they used good sense.
