Posted by: Timothy Weaver on 02/07/2015 03:07 PM [ comments Comments ]

Google wants to help you make your Valentine's Day—be it solo, with friends, or with a loved one—that much more fun.

Of course you need a Chromecast hooked up, powered on, and it's already synched up with your home wireless network, then Google is going to give you $6 for absolutely nothing.

First, you have to install the Google Cast extension for your Chrome browser. From there, head on over to Google's Chromecast Offers page. Google will then ask you to select your Chromecast device in order to see all the offers you can partake in.

Up in the upper-left corner should be the Google Play offer that tells you to "Enjoy a Valentine's Day movie rental with a $6 Google Play credit. Poof, free money.
