A woman was caught on CCTV stealing a Christmas tree from the lobby of an adult care housing building in Camberwell, south east London, UK. The woman entered under the guise of visiting a resident before the theft occurred.

According to the London Evening Standard, police are appealing for information on the identity of the woman. Police go on to say; "This is a particularly callous crime especially at this time of year involving some of our more vulnerable members of society."
