Online GTA V starts today and the problems connecting have begun.

Of course, this also comes with complaints from the usual loudmouths that apparently don’t have basic math skills and seem to know IT better than the professionals, so allow me to explain to those people.

Anytime you try to launch millions of people in one place, you will have issues. Adding servers will not help. It is the equivalent of a DOS (denial of service) attack which you might have heard about from “hackers” using it to take down servers.

My solution? Wait a couple days and save myself the frustration.
