According to a report by Dell SecureWorks, hackers are offering up their services to break into corporate email accounts for $500.
You can get a bargain, however, if you want to break into personal emails such as Google, Hotmail or Yahoo. That will cost you a mere $139. Need a new identity, passport, Social Security cards or other documents? The fee ranges from $15 to $65. A U.S. driver's license will run $173.
Hackers are using what amounts to an escrow company. They have expanded their working hours and are employing a guarantor to ensure the exchange of data and payment takes place fairly.
The hackers are touting their professionalism with qualities such as experience, quality, power, anonymity and other attributes.
The report contends that in spite of the best efforts by police, the service is booming.
