Lack of evidence frees hacker who was charged with computer abuse, embezzlement and burglary.
Gordon Logan, of Rio Rancho, N.M., saw the charges dropped against the former RoadRunner Wireless employee citing “insufficient evidence to continue with the prosecution.”
