Hackers continue to release info on Sony (Video)

Two weeks after their network was hacked, the hackers continue to release private info.

The latest set of leaked documents includes film budgets and box-office projections, legal claims made against the studio, and other proprietary information that could be of use to Sony's rivals.

The group called #GOP (Guardians of Peace) stole info and published it to the web that included social security numbers for current and former employees and some Hollywood stars.

That was only the beginning. They have since released data that has included vendor contracts, "greenlight studies" for upcoming movies, "popularity polls" for hundreds of A-list celebs, detailed contact information for dozens of actors, "exit snapshots" featuring audience reactions and box office totals, ongoing litigation, and financial forecasts for upcoming films.

It is speculated that the hack came from North Korea. It is supported by the latest claim: "Stop immediately showing the movie of terrorism which can break the regional peace and cause the war! … The destiny of Sony is totally up to the wise reaction & measure of Sony.”
