It would almost seem that this was financed through Warner Brothers as some type of promotion for the Godzilla release today.

According to SFGate, that is not the case; Paul Indelicato owns Pacific Highway Rentals and provides the message boards to the city. Apparently this one was set up to warn drivers about street delays for this Sunday’s Bay to Breakers race.

The pranksters changed the sign a second time as seen below. Indelicato sent an employee over to change the lock and fix the sign, which he said doesn’t require a tech genius to hack.
