Police arrested a Florida woman for DUI after she was found naked from the waist down; alongside her was a dog and an empty box of wine. Party time!
According to WTSP, Karen Worley Drake, 51, was charged with DUI after she failed sobriety exercises and refused to give breath samples on Sunday night.
Drake's car was parked halfway onto SW 129th Terrace Road, when a deputy noticed her and proceeded to have her open the car door.
"I could smell a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage," the deputy said in the report. The deputy instructed Drake to dress herself.
"I advised the defendant that she was under arrest for DUI and she became uncooperative and briefly struggled with me," the deputy said.
Drake was remanded to the Marion County jail on a $1000 bond. The dog was remanded to the Marion County Animal Services and may possibly seek counseling after the traumatic experience (see mugshot above).
