Harley-Davidson announces the 2014 lineup

Posted by: Timothy Tibbetts on 08/19/2013 05:35 AM [ comments Comments ]

Harley has announced their 2014 lineup. The 103 engine remains in place and there are a lot of new things like halogen and LED lights so you can be seen, reflex brakes with ABS, voice command, slipstream vents and more.

There are some new bikes like the Street Glide Special which is in addition to the Street Glide but keep in mind the Road Glide was killed for 2014 for a redesign and should return about 1 year from the time this was posted.

Aside from that it looks like most of the lineup remains unchanged overall aside from new technologies and the touring changes, a popular seller, mentioned above.

CVO bikes, the fully loaded and optioned out Harleys this year include the Softail Deluxe, Limited, Breakout and Road King. Bring your checkbook for those, you will rarely find one under 30k.

The entire lineup is at http://www.harley-davidson.com/en_US/Content/Pages/2014-Motorcycles/motorcycles.html
