Insane Russian Counter Terror Confidence Drill

A military buddy of mine sent me a link to this clip of some Russian alpha team training. It's a look at what some of the men and women around the world do everyday in preparation to protect its citizens. Given the Memorial Day Holiday here in the USA - this seemed appropriate. Granted, it's Russian and they do things a tad more hardcore, but I nearly needed a fresh pair of shorts just watching.

Then again, I'd like to see one of these guys pass the CCNP Wireless certification. Hoooorah, Geeks!
