Inspired by Google Glass 13 year old assembles his own (Video)

An industrious 13 year old named Clay Haight assembled an Arduino based DIY project inspired by "Google Glass" which uses voice commands to bring up a variety of info. At his command the young geek can display a schedule calendar, maps and the weather and temperature all on a tiny Arduino LCD display.

“Now they are extremely comfortable,” Clay tells Make; “In fact I wear them around my house and tell my parents the temperature just for fun!”



Haight doesn't say how much his cost to manufacture, but I will wager a bet that it is a lot less than $1500!
