The second beta of iOS 7 is now available for developers who pay the $99 a year fee to access the developer area. It’s not intended for public consumption but if you want to blow $99 to try it out, that’s all that’s stopping you.
Here are the release notes:
Be sure to backup your devices using iTunes 11 or later or through iCloud backup prior to installing iOS beta. After installing iOS beta, you can restore your device using either iTunes 11 or later through your iCloud backup.
This version of iOS is intended only for installation on development devices registered with Apple's Developer Program. Attempting to install this version of iOS in an unauthorized manner could put your device in an unusable state, which could necessitate an out of warranty repair.
Devices updated to iOS beta can not be restored to earlier versions of iOS. Registered development devices will be able to upgrade to future beta releases and the final iOS software.
Xcode 5 Developer Preview cannot be used to submit apps to the iOS or Mac App Store. Continue to use the publicly released version of Xcode to compile and submit apps to the App Stores.
Xcode 5 Developer Preview and iOS beta are pre-release seeds. Your use is subject to and licensed only under the terms and conditions of the iOS Developer Program License Agreement ("iOS PLA"), including any applicable consent to collect diagnostic data set forth therein. If you have not agreed to the iOS PLA, you are not permitted to use this software.
Please note that the Location Services, Siri, and Diagnostics & Usage disclosures have been updated. You can review them in Settings at: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > About Location Services and Privacy Settings > General > Siri > About Siri and Privacy Settings > General > About > Diagnostics & Usage > About Diagnostics and Privacy.
