What happens when you get what you think may be a spam email? Do you click on it? Say you get an email saying someone has tagged you in a photo on Facebook? What should you do?
First, wonder why your spam filter didn't pick it up!!
Then:
Step 1: Check the email address of the sender
The email address of the sender looks strange. First clue.
Step 2: Check the links but don’t click on them
– Placing the cursor over the link clearly shows that the link is not to Facebook but to a website based in Germany.
The links in the email do not go to Facebook. Second clue.
What you may not know, but should be wary of, is that the link will take you to a Blackhole Exploit Kit (BHEK).
And lastly, send it to your spam folder or delete it.
