A memo from the perforation-happy Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee that was leaked indicates that there will soon be a stamp commemorating Steve Jobs.
Jobs is not the only one to be honored. The list also reveals a series of stamps depicting “Science Fiction” writers. Both Frederik Pohl and Jack Vance will be part of the release series.
It is not unusual for famous people to grace the postal service stamps. It was in 1993 that Elvis adorned one. Unlike Elvis, Jobs has not been seen in obscure truck stops around the country.
