Man arrested for his love of pool toys

A man from Hamilton, OH, was arrested yet again for having 'relations' with a pool toy, Edwin Tobergta was indicted by a grand jury for public indecency.
Tobergta is no stranger to pool toys, back in 2002 he was arrested for the same thing only it included an inflatable pumpkin, then there was also an inflatable pink raft that had been violated as recently as 2011 as well.
After Tobergta's 2011 arrest, a family member said Tobergta has mental issues and needed help. It's not known if he has undergone treatment.
WLWT reports that according to the police report, on June 15, Tobergta "stepped out of his back door, naked, and was having sexual relations with a rubber pool float."
"This occurred in front of several children who saw his genitals and his actions with the float," the report states.
Tobergta is being held at the Butler County jail on $25,000 bond. He's scheduled for arraignment on July 23.
