Man escapes handcuffs, steals Riverdale police car (VIDEO)

Riverdale Police have released footage from a dashcam video of a man who stole a patrol car in June.

KSL reports reports that Gordon Graham was arrested by Riverdale Police for stealing a pickup truck. Graham was handcuffed and put in the backseat of the patrol car.
