Raymond E. Lawhorn, 34, was arrested after his car hit a curb and narrowly missed hitting a patrol car; that was only the beginning of his troubles.
According to the police report obtained by the Gainesville Sun, an officer spotted Lawhorn hit the curb with his right front tire; he then tried to turn left, but was blocked by a median. He turned north and nearly struck a marked police vehicle, the report says.
Police stopped Lawhorn and he told the officer that he does not have a valid driver's license and that it has been permanently revoked.
He was taken to the Alachua County jail where police say he began urinating on the floor, the X-ray machine and an officer. He refused to put his hands behind his back to be handcuffed and was taken to the ground.
Lawhorn was being held on $10,000 bond on Monday on charges of battery on detention staff, resisting arrest without violence, and driving while license revoked.
No mention of alcohol being a factor but I guess when you have to go, you have to go!
