A man in Golf Manor, OH., faces new charges after he was arrested on unspecified felony warrants during a traffic stop; the man was taken to the police station and apparently did not want to waste the remainder of his crack rock - so he fired up the pipe.
Fox19 reports that Rodney Watkins, 46 of Roselawn, was arrested on Saturday during a traffic stop.
Golf Manor Police say that Watkins presented officers with an Illinois ID belonging to Carlos Williams and identified himself as such. Authorities say Watkins was the passenger of a vehicle involved in a routine traffic stop in the 2500 block of Losantiville Avenue.
Watkins was taken into custody for felony warrants and transported to the Golf Manor Police Department.
After using the bathroom, police say that Watkins pulled out a crack pipe and lighter and attempted to smoke the remaining crack.
He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $39,750 bond. I am sure before being transported to the Justice Center he was extensively searched for any other contraband.
