A man in Tennessee was arrested for possession of marijuana after police came to a residence on a noise complaint. Justin Lee Seay, 21, of Memphis, told responding officers that he was Denzel Washington after they discovered several bags of marijuana inside the apartment during a search.
According to the Daily News Journal, police found five people in an apartment that had a strong odor of marijuana inside.
Police were able to identify all but one - Justin Lee Seay - he told police he was Washington, but police later identified him as Seay and arrested him on charges of felony drug possession, criminal impersonation and violation of probation.
He was booked into Rutherford County jail on early Tuesday morning. His bond was set at $9,500.
