A highly intoxicated man was arrested in North Fort Myers, FL., after he was spotted roaming around a suburban neighborhood wearing only a colorful poncho.

According to NBC 2, when deputies arrived, they saw 46-year-old Stephen Van Alphen walking around in a colorful poncho with nothing underneath.

Deputies recognized Van Alphen as the man who had previously accidentally exposed himself while doing a "ninja move" in front of a 6-year-old boy.

"He told the cops that he did a cartwheel and his pants fall down," said neighbor Hunter Biggs, 6.

Van Alphen's roommate told authorities he had been drinking heavily for three days and left the home wearing the poncho. She claimed he becomes violent and irrational when drinking.

When deputies spoke to Van Alphen, he told them he was wearing his "Clint Eastwood poncho."

He then offered to show his genitals to deputies saying, "It is too small for anyone to see it anyway."

Van Alphen ignored instructions given by deputies and made his way back into his home where deputies found a jug of Vodka. Van Alphen was arrested and charged with with indecent exposure and resisting officers.
