MechDaddy: DIY MechWarrior inspired Halloween costume (Video)

Ryan Bowen from Rockville, MD., has won dad of the year in my books. He built this MechWarrior inspired Sunder costume for his son, and I suspect for himself too.

Bowen is the backbone of the suit, while his son is up front in the operator position with weapons at the ready.... Trick-or-Treat!

According to the Daily Mail, two months before they welcomed their first child Mr Bowen got to work sketching out designs for his masterpiece.

He built the frame for the body out of PVC piping and secured a cardboard shell around it.
