Microsoft Declares Quarterly Dividend

REDMOND, Wash. — Mar. 13, 2012 — Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable June 14, 2012 to shareholders of record on May 17, 2012. The ex-dividend date will be May 15, 2012.
