Microsoft will pay $100 to XP users who upgrade to a new Windows 8 PC.
You must buy a new unit that costs a minimum of $699 or more to receive the rebate. And you must purchase the machine through the Microsoft Store website.
The deal will run through Jun e 15th.
Usage of XP is still estimated at 15% by StatCounter. And as we reported earlier, licenses for version 7 of the OS have become a hot commodity.
