Microsoft to Delete Search Results for Revenge Porn

Microsoft is following in the footsteps of Google to remove photos and videos from search results in Bing when the company is notified by a victim of revenge porn.
For the immediate future, Microsoft has set up a reporting page in English but to be expanded to other languages shortly, so that victims can alert Microsoft to images that were posted without their consent.
Microsoft says that they will remove the images globally, but that victims should be aware “that removing links in search results to content hosted elsewhere online doesn't actually remove the content from the Internet."
Google announced a similar plan in June to make revenge porn inaccessible through its search engine. Similarly, it cannot remove the images from websites, only disable the ability to search for such images.
