There are always 2 sides to every story, especially on the internet. Here’s a great example of how you can take one video that explains why your local internet provider is better than a municipal government broadband.
His website, which no one has heard of until now lists members as Qwest, AT&T, Verizon, Time Warner, Comcast, US Telcom and more. Big surprise.
This non-profit group dedicated to promoting “competition” for Internet services will trash the competition, like Google Fiber even when it comes from other private corporations. In other words, unless you're paying for it, this non-profit corporation thinks it sucks.
The website description basically goes on to say their whole goal is to promote customer-driven internet as the consumer wants it.
