Nintendo Switch Worldwide Sales Surpasses 10 Million Units

As of December 10th, worldwide life-to-date sell-through for Nintendo Switch, which launched on March 3, 2017, has surpassed 10 million units.
Nintendo Switch is a home console equipped with a variety of unique features. Users can instantly take it on the go and share the Joy-Con controllers with those around them, enabling them to play whenever, wherever and with whomever they want. Nintendo Switch offers a broader range of playstyle options and places where games can be played, and has been well-received by consumers all around the world.
This December in Japan, Nintendo are planning to ship more units than ever before.
To make a comparison the PlayStation 4 took 10 months to hit the same number.
While Nintendo may have its share of hits and misses, they indeed seem to have more hits, the Switch included.
The Nintendo Switch provides single and multiplayer gaming at home as well as enabling gamers to play the same title wherever. In other words, it's a mobile gaming console. Cost is $299 and most user reviews rate it a 4.5 on average. Wikipedia says there are 548 games currently available.
