The 310' crop circle that mysteriously appeared in a barley field near Chualar, CA., was photographed by chance by photographer, Julie Belanger, as she and her husband were flying over the field. The crop thickens....

News outlets quickly picked up the story, Julie Belanger, the intitial photographer was quoted by KSBW as saying; "It was beautiful. Quite beautiful," Belanger said. "I believe it's possible that aliens exist, but I don't know if they would bother making a crop circle to give us a message."
Curious onlookers grew in number Monday afternoon as word of the crop circles spread. People stood on top of vehicles and fences to get a better view, and security guards kept gawkers from entering the field.
Two Nvidia employees even made the below video in order to ramp up excitement about the circle. The duo posted this narrative about the video: "A friend and I were driving on Chualar Canyon Road south of Salinas, California before sunrise, and THIS happened. Needless to say, pretty wild, but we slipped away and it's too good not to share. Created this account since I don't want this tied to me. Still not sure what to make of it."
The circle was plowed under a few days after its discovery.
According to the San Jose Mercury News, the crop circle near Chualar, six miles south of Salinas, contained a stylized image of a computer chip and the number "192" in Braille. On Sunday, the company announced the Tegra K1, a new chip for tablets and smartphones that contains 192 computing "cores," or mini-computers, for graphics applications.
Nvidia CEO Jen-Hsun Huang said at a press conference in Las Vegas, ahead of the International Consumer Electronics Show, that he had given his marketing department the mission to promote the chip on a shoe-string budget. The crop circle received wide attention. Rumors of Santa Clara-based Nvidia's involvement appeared Sunday before the press conference.
