A woman in Oklahoma was not happy with her recent meth purchase; feeling that the meth might be laced with something other than the "normal" household cleaning products - the woman called the police to report it.
Lynette Rae Sampson, 54, is now facing felony drug charges after police responded to her 911 call; Sampson told police she had methamphetamine in a tin container on her kitchen counter. When an officer arrived at her residence, according to Enid News, she told the female officer that her “ice” was laced with something. She then proceeded to show the meth along with a hollowed out light bulb used for smoking it.
Samspson wandered off and sat down on the couch and began to sweat profusely and admitted that she had smoked some meth not long before the officer arrived.
EPD Capt. Jack Morris said such cases are what keep police work interesting.
“Once you think you’ve seen it all, something new will surprise you,” he said. “It’s sad people who utilize these drugs don’t realize how it effects them, and what they can do to you.”
