Once you buy Google Glass it is not for anyone but you - Period

This time you should read it all since some of the terms are lets say 'restrictive', for instance you are not allowed to commercially resell it unless you have a device specific addendum. If you decide to give it as a gift the recipient most likely will have to open an account - or they will not receive any support. All the terms of service will also apply to the recipient of your generous gift.
But if you do decide to resell, loan, or transfer the device, Google reserves the right to deactivate it. Furthermore, neither you nor the unauthorized person using the device will be entitled to any refund, product support, or product warranty.
So what I am taking from this is that even after paying $1500 - Google is still in control of the device. I also think that I will start paying attention to the terms that I am agreeing to especially when I am handing out a decent amount of cash.
If you decide not to abide by the 'terms' you will receive an invitation from Google to this nice little bar in Seattle. Oh yeah, make sure you wear your Glass inside.
