Ross McMakin, 21, McMade the job of police in Oregon simple; all they needed to do was read his shirt
that proudly exclaimed that McMakin was 'Drunk as Sh*t' - and he sure was.
According to police reports, McMakin and his girlfriend where at a party where McMakin had been drinking. The girlfriend was going to drive the vehicle but was unable to drive a manual transmission vehicle - McMakin took over and attempted to drive her home.
According to KEZI, she says he drove on the sidewalk, hit a parked car, and drove in the wrong lane. After he parked, police say she took his keys and told him that he wasn’t allowed to drive. Police say McMakin got upset, threw her down and choked her. They say he got back in his car, his girlfriend called police, and officers stopped him in traffic.
McMakin was arrested on charges including strangulation, DUII, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, and harassment. No word if he will be McMakin bail.
