Meet Steve Orville Clemons who was out for some fast food in Florida, except for one problem.
Apparently, he does not care for pants and was masturbating in the car when he picked up his food. He then tried to get the woman into his vehicle to lend him a hand, if you will.
She was able to pull her hand back and use it to call 911.
Clemons was later apprehended at a nearby gas station. While still pantsless, he had draped a t-shirt over his lap.
The Smoking Gun reports that he is now free on $500 bail and scheduled to be arraigned October 9 on a misdemeanor battery charge.
Judging by his mugshot, he was loving it.
