Photo Pop Quiz

I was cleaning out one of my old gear boxes and found this little baby. One of my friends, who is pretty tech savvy, had no idea what it was. This gave me the idea of finding out if any of ya'all would know what it was. Granted, this is one seriously old school item but I'm betting one of you will get it.
