A central PA man was arrested for DUI after losing control of his vehicle and sliding off the roadway before striking a tree. He was initially transported to the hospital as only a crash victim until hospital staff found an "abnormality."
The inside scoop on the poop comes when the driver was taken to the local hospital for evaluation of his injuries. The banged up boozer was suspected of driving under the influence by one of the investigators after a search of the vehicle turned up evidence to support drunk driving. Then it gets weird..
According to Fox43, when medical staff performed a medical x-ray of Christopher Scheller, 19, they found “an abnormality” in his rectum. Scheller at first did not want the object removed- but eventually consented. Found in his rectum were a bag of synthetic marijuana, a socket for a wrench used for smoking, four bracelets, four necklaces, and 11 ladies rings.
According to investigators Scheller most likely stuffed the ill begotten booty into his booty as responding officers were approaching the crash site.
The items were determined to be from an earlier home burglary in Heidelberg Township. Scheller was arrested and charged with theft, receiving stolen property, DUI and various other violations.
